Black Canyon (Thailand) added a new vintage-style cafe
and restaurant to its food portfolio to survive in the highly competitive local
market.

Kannika Chinprasithchai, the company's marketing and
brand communication director, said the first Café interia fusion restaurant
recently opened at the Festival Walk zone at Siam Future Development's
Kaset-Nawamin retail project.
Café interia is the fifth food brand under the Black
Canyon group along with Black Canyon, its original restaurant, Cafe Nero, My
Bread bakery chain and Gelatoni ice cream outlet.
She feels new restaurants are endlessly launched in
Thailand so Black Canyon needs to adjust to stay in the market.
